Mary had challenges as a child that resulted in emotional issues including addiction and looking for love and approval in the world. Despite that, Mary had a very successful education and career. The problem was that she spent most of her time living in her ego and trying to be successful in the “fleshy” world’s standard. Mary primarily lived without Christ in her life. That is no longer true! Since finding education and fellowship through Set Free Center by way of the Bible and by the grace of God, Mary is new! Her addiction no longer has a hold on her. She now spends much of her life knowing, following, sharing and loving Christ. She is in the world but not of the world. Mary is no longer the Mary she was!
